Introducing…A Sneak Peek at The BOD Classes!

As many of you know, I’ve been hard at work on something I’ve never done before—start my own dance fitness studio! I’m so excited to launch The BOD! I want to help you to dance, tone, and sculpt for your best BOD.

I’m very excited to share the different dance and fitness classes you can take at The BOD, each ranging in different styles and movements, so you can pick your favourite or mix and match! 

Here is a sneak peak at some of the classes we’ll be offering at The BOD!


dance BOD

This signature class is created by me to incorporate my love of dance and fitness. Dance your way to a leaner BOD, toned legs, sculpted abs, and a better butt! It’s 40 mins of non-stop dancing and then finish strong with arms, legs, and abs. It’s a total body workout that will change your BOD and frame of mind! Let your light shine, be free and have fun!


80s BOD

A throw-back to the classic workouts from legends like Richard Simmons and Jane Fonda. Bring your short shorts, leg warmers and get ready to sweat with the best of the 80’s! I loved doing the Jane Fonda VHS takes with my mum so this class brings a mix of classic moves and dance fitness choreography for you all. It’ll be 30 mins of nonstop 80’s dance cardio followed by a high-energy dance routine set to a different 80’s hit each week. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realize you’ve worked your booty off and burned so many calories!


barre BOD

Instructor: Dana Holm

This is a unique mix of cardio dance and ballet-inspired Barre to sculpt the booty, thighs, arms, abs and give you that long, lean ballet BOD. This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class will have you feeling muscles you didn’t know you had. Prepare to work – we dance then hit the barre!



Instructor: Joseph Corella 

Have you ever dreamed of being on Broadway? This class will leave you feeling bright like a Broadway star! Joseph Corella is a brilliant dancer/choreographer who has starred in many Broadway shows. It’s non-stop dance cardio with songs from Chicago, Rent, Cabaret, Hamilton, and many more! His enthusiasm will rub off on you and his passion for dance will have you high kicking all the way home!


My goal with The BOD is to help you change your life for the better.  In addition to what’s above we’ll be offering circuit classes, private dance lessons, the complete Bridal BOD program and more!

Dance and fitness have had the biggest positive impact on my life and I want to share that with you. There’s a lot of interesting stuff coming up as we prepare to open The BOD, so don’t forget to sign up with your emails so you can stay up to date on the process.
