I am so happy to announce that I have partnered with nutritionist and fitness expert Jennifer Cassetta to offer one-on-one Nutrition Sessions at The BOD.

About Jennifer

Jennifer is national self-defense expert, clinical nutritionist, fitness expert, speaker, and author. She wears many hats, but at the end of the day, her mission is steadfast: to help people be their strongest, safest and sexiest selves.

Jennifer was a consultant on Kym’s book, The 5678 Diet, and has had the honor of appearing on The DoctorsRachael RayE!Marie Osmond and even taught Princess Leia herself, the late and great Carrie Fisher, self-defense on The Today Show. She’s contributed to countless publications like NY Times, Women’s Health, Shape, Marie Claire, Huffington Post, and Livestrong.com.

She co-authored her first book, Hear Me Roar: How to Defend Your Mind, Body and Heart Against People Who Suck in 2014 and was recently a featured expert on ABC’s weight loss reality show, My Diet is Better Than Yours.

Safety and nutrition brands look to Jennifer as a spokesperson and the media keeps her on speed dial when looking for safety and wellness tips. Jennifer’s passion about keeping people strong and safe is evident in her empowering presentation style and unwavering commitment to women’s health and safety.
