When she’s not dancing, Kym maintains a strict health and fitness regimen. As a certified fitness professional, she recently created the 5678 Fitness platform – a Cardio-Latin Dance Series and Nutritional Guide. This high energy, dance-based program launched in January 2016.
Kym’s first book – The 5678 Diet: The 14-Day Plan for Healthy, Lasting Weight Loss – features personal anecdotes from her career as an entertainer & dancer and provides insight into the fitness and nutrition regimen that helps keep her toned and sculpted when she’s not competing on Dancing with the Stars.
Kym loves to spend time with her fiancé, Robert Herjavec, friends and family. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California and is mom to her adorable puppy Lola.
