15 Second Dance Lesson: Salsa

As most of my friends and family know, I could talk your ear off about the positive effects of dance on your mental and physical health and fitness, from increased confidence, creativity and happiness to muscle tone, stamina and flexibility.

Sharing my love of dance with the world through Dancing with the Stars has brought me so much happiness, that I thought it would be great to teach my fans just like I teach the celebrities! In preparation for my new fitness DVD coming soon, 5678 Fitness, I put together a series of 15-second footwork lessons of some basic dances that we cover on DWTS and in the DVD.  The first footwork lesson is the Salsa, keep it on loop, practice anywhere you can, and stay tuned for more!
